All participants with Still Waters Fellowship of Texas must successfully complete and submit to a background check prior to joining any event or excursion. Any felony conviction or arrest for an assault-based offense will automatically disqualify an individual from participation. Any request for an exception must be made in writing to the Still Waters Fellowship of Texas President, after which the request will be formally reviewed by the Board of Directors before a final determination is made. Submission of the request form states that you are giving Still Waters Fellowship of Texas permission to complete you background check.
